Fellow Surrey Hills Enterprises member Wessex Gin Distillery was one of the lucky winners of the draw for a free mini branding session I organised last month as part of the launch of my Personal Branding Photographer Surrey Hills activities. So a few days ago we got together in Wormley, just south of Guildford and Godalming, where the Clark’s family distillery is located for a mini branding session.
Wessex Gin has been on the market only a few years now but in this relatively short time has managed to establish itself in a very impressive manner. This year they’ve won the first place gold medal in the Gin Masters Competition, that’s like the equivalent of winning an Oscar in the film industry!
When I spoke to Amy before the branding photography session she underlined the importance of family values at Wessex Distillery, not surprising when you know it’s basically Dad Jonathan and his kids Amy and Christopher that run the show! With that in mind we had a great time during the branding session, where I wanted to capture as many aspects of the business as possible. From the production line to the finished product and everything in between, never forgetting to have some family fun whilst creating a truly remarkable award-winning gin!
